Not sure how to do it -

- other than to just do it. The boys are starting a soccer tournament in Denver today that lasts through Monday. Normally they aren't this long but it is Memorial Day weekend and I think we got a poor draw of the cards. Aidan plays tonight at 6:40 p.m. so we'll head up at 3:30 in order for me to get the team checked in on time. I've got to work tomorrow and then Tristan was asked to be a guest player for another team and they play tomorrow at 4 p.m. We'll stay the night in Denver because Aidan plays Saturday morning at 8 a.m. followed by T. We'll get to come home that afternoon to just drive back again Sunday morning! I'm not planning on playing in any finals on Monday but if they do make it - my husband is going to want to strangle me!

I'm tired right now so I can't even imagine what I'm going to feel like after this. Oh my.

Today's the last day of school with Tristan's graduation at 12:30. I'm excited and he is too. He looked really handsome this morning. I'll post pictures as soon as I get back on the computer.

Prodigy Cup Champs

Aidan's team played in a local soccer tournament and came away with 1st place! They only allowed 2 goals in out of 4 games! Aidan played better than he has all season. What a way to end his season of soccer.

This stuffed animal was won from one of those crane game machines you can spend lots of money at while not picking up a thing. However, the boys won! We knew it would go to Opal because they boys would never need nor want a stuffed animal named Sugar Loaf ;)

She loves it as you can see in the picture.

Aidan's long jump

Aidan won 2nd place in the long jump during his school district's track meet yesterday! 11 feet guys!

Middle School Orientation

Tristan had middle school orientation last night. Wow, I can't believe it's here already. I'm excited because I know he's going to do really well. I'm going to continue the practice of paying for grades just like my parents did. I predict to owe him big time at the first report card. Let's see if I'm right!

Breakfast in bed

Yep, I'm spoiled rotten. Second year in a row that Tristan has made me breakfast in bed for Mother's Day. I had to take a picture to share the special touch he put on the orange juice. How about that quarter of an orange slice as a garnishment? Ha!!!

Where did this little guy go?

Aidan will be going to soccer try-outs next month and we only have 2 more weeks with his current team. Our end of the season/end of the team party is next weekend at our house (yes, pray for me, 12 families at my house) and we're putting together a dvd with pictures of all of the boys. Here are some that I pulled up for Aidan, he's 5 yrs old.

Oh my gosh, he was so cute if I do say so myself! Oh man, I would love to go back to those days with him. For those of you with little kids - enjoy every minute of it right now. They grow up so fast and things change so much!
